DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS

We are leaving on the morning the the 18th stopping in Vegas for 1 night then on to LA. Our Cruise leaves Long Beach on April 20 at 5:30 pm. We arrive at Catalina Island @ 7:30 am on the 21st. We are going on a Snorkeling excursion - CATALINA SNORKELING BY BOAT . We leave Catalina @ 4:30 pm. Arrive at Ensenda @ 9:00 am - we are doing a JEEP ADVENTURE TOUR and shopping in Ensenda, and whatever else we can find to do. Set sail again at 10:00 pm. On the 23rd (Chase's B-day so hopefully we found something awesome for him in Mexico) we have a fun day at sea. (I won't get sea sick, I won't get sea sick, I won't get sea sick)) and we arrive back in Long Beach at 8:00 am. We bought a smaller camera that we can take with us on the excursions without having to worry about the big camera. I shall post pictures as soon as I can. :)

Only 10 more days until our vacation. I am so excited. We are going on a 4 day cruise. :)

We had to put Eddie down today. I am so sad. I will miss him so much. Eddie was the best dog. He loved to play catch. He loved to ride on the four wheelers. He loved to go camping. He loved me. Eddie I love you and I will miss you.

Well it has been almost 6 months since Scott left for the Navy. I have seen him twice since he left. 2 months after he left - when we went to Chicago. And 2 months after that when he came home for Christmas. Well another 2 months has gone by - I think it is time to see him again. Unfortunately I cannot. I have been very emotional the last few days, I have tried not to think about it, but....... I went to the store yesterday and there were kits out to color Easter eggs. I don't get to color eggs with Scotty this year :( . I really enjoy spending this time with the boys even though they are grown up now, it is still fun. Chase and I will continue the tradition, maybe we can talk Kevin into joining us this year.

Valarientines Weekend

HAPPY VALARIENTINE DAY!!! I call it this because my birthday is tomorrow, so I just combine the 2 days. So the whole weekend is mine. If I had my way I would get the whole month, but Kevin says no. So I guess I will have to share the rest of the month with everyone else. :) xoxoxox.

December: Christmas - I was so excited for Christmas to come Scott came home for two weeks. He looked so good, so skinny. Same old Scott...sleeping all day, awake all night. Scott is currently stationed in Pensacola Florida. He is suppose to be attending school there but the are in a kind of hiatus do to past hurricanes. So he will not start school until August????? He went pack to Florida on New Years day. I miss my Scotty.

Well it has been an extremely long time since I have been on here - I guess I should have my sister teach me how to do this cool like hers.

Anyway since my last post..........

October: The 3 remaining Murph's and Eddie went deer hunting - no luck on getting deer, but we seen alot of Moose.

We (Kevin, Chase, Laura and I) went to Chicago to see Scott graduate from boot camp. It was fun and emotional. We went to the Navy pier on Friday after graduation. Saturday we went to Six Flags. Very packed. We took another Seaman (Jackson)with us because he did not have any family come. We had a lady and her daughter offer the two Navy boys a free ticket to get in. They also had someone offer to pay for their food once inside. It gave me such a warm since of pride. On Sunday we drove to Wisconsin and went to the Jelly Belly Factory, then we went ond got ice cream. Later that night we drove around and went to Lake Michigan and played on the beach in dark. It was fun until we had to get Scott back to the base. I cried so hard. I know this is a good move for him but it does not make it any easier.
